A. COMMUNITY OUTREACH OFFICER
Location: Lagos, Nigeria. Number of positions: Two
Responsibilities and duties
- Oversee the marketing and outreach processes to attract new clients.
- Able to meet daily targets to sustain business operations and impact targets.
- Must be ready to travel within Lagos.
- Able to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new clients bases.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, address their needs effectively, and turn them to company ambassadors.
- Research and identify new market opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver pitches to potential partners, women organizations, health establishments, and other relevant groups.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
- Able to bring new partners on regular basis and sustain partner relationships.
Necessary skills
- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Client-obsessed and ready to meet the dynamic needs of our clients.
- Experience in sales.
- Have verifiable track record of creating long-term value for organizations.

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
- Preference will be given to those with background in health-related discipline who are able to demonstrate client mobilization skills and public health promotion skills.
- Relevant experience working as sales representative in reputable organizations is an added advantage. Having this experience within the health sector is desirable but not compulsory.
- Relevant training such as in sales management, customer service, or marketing will be an added advantage.

B. STAFF NURSE/MIDWIFE
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive women and make them comfortable.
- Educate women on general/basic knowledge about breast and cervical cancers (and other gynecological cancers too).
- Train and demonstrate to women the standard procedure for breast self-examination.
- Perform detailed and high-quality clinical breast examination for women.
- Perform cervical cancer screening using Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid.
- Carry out cryotherapy procedure when necessary.
- Write quality report of client’s screening results and advise them appropriately.
- Give dates for next screening appointment.
- Write quality referral for women for further specialist review, diagnosis, or treatment at reliable designated public hospitals within and outside Lagos.
- Responsible for appropriate disinfection and sterilization of equipments after each procedure.
- Field outreaches involving health talks and cancer screening for women.
- Writing relevant health articles for website and social media publications.
- Represent the organization where relevant technical representation is required.
Relevant Skills
- Work effectively and respectfully with other members of staff.
- Great interpersonal skills that will give clients a memorable experience and satisfaction.
- Effective communication both orally and in writing.
- Ability to speak in front of audience and deliver health education.
- Up-to-date knowledge and information on breast, cervical, and other gynecological cancers, sufficient to correctly educate women.
- Ability to educate women in simple, understandable language.
- Ability to speak at least one other language in addition to strong command English language (at working proficiency) is desirable.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum qualification is a diploma in Midwifery or Nursing (RM or RN). Candidates with higher qualifications including relevant nursing specializations and bachelor’s degree in Nursing are very welcome to apply.
The more the years of work experience, the higher the chances of selection. However, possession of relevant skills is more important.
The following experiences are COMPULSORY.
a. Experience in performance of clinical breast examination.
b. Ability to carry out cervical cancer screening using Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid with strong, reliable, and verifiable results.
c. Experience in carrying out cryotherapy procedure for abnormal but treatable cervical lesions.
