The prestigious Fountain University, Osogbo, Osun State, Nigeria, partnered with our organization in a university-wide health outreach program on November 23, 2022, to deliver cancer prevention, screening, and treatment services to the female staff of the university.

The health education session was led by Dr. Uthman Adekanmi, who delivered an engaging session with the women, including cancer prevention, training on breast self-examination, and HPV vaccination awareness.

The women subsequently proceeded to the private room where breast and cervical cancer screening were offered, and the women consulted with our nurses and the doctor for health counseling and referral services.

The collaboration was spearheaded by Mrs. Adegbore, a lecturer at the Department of Public Health, and supported by the staff and management of the faculty.

Our team was led by our public health specialist and supported by our nurses and other volunteers.

The team was well received, appreciated, and entertained by the university.

Our team returned to Lagos on November 24, 2022.
